As you enter this house, you first enter a large veranda with its magnificent view of Aber Benoit. From this veranda, you then enter a large, cosy, comfortable and bright living room, with the sea view still predominating.

Also on the ground floor, you'll find a modern, fully-equipped kitchen and the house's only WC.


On the first floor, you'll find the house's 4 bedrooms. The first 2 have a beautiful sea view and are equipped with double beds: a queen size bed 160x200 for one and a double bed 140x190 for the second. The other 2 bedrooms are ideal for children: one has 2 single beds under the slope and the other has a single bed. On this floor you will also find the bathroom with a washbasin and shower.


In the basement you will find a laundry area with washing machine and tumble dryer.


The outside will delight young and old alike. The garden of more than 10,000 m² planted with trees has several areas to enjoy the incredible view of the sea and the mouth of the Aber Benoit. Garden furniture is of course available for young and old (large table and deckchairs).

This house also has private access to the beach, so all you have to do is walk down the garden to find yourself on the beach at Béniguet.


The little extras you won't find elsewhere? Bed linen and towels provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on things to do and places to visit!


Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist attractions in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk along the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès, or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Art....

For children, there's also the 3 Curés amusement park and Océanopolis (one of Europe's largest aquariums) nearby.

For the more sporty, there are magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddleboarding and surfing spots nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
