Also, 3 bedrooms (2 140 x 190 beds, 2 90 x 190 beds - including 1 bunk for a child), a shower room and a toilet.
Part of the garage is accessible to you to use the washing machine and to store your belongings, bicycles/motorcycles.
Outside, on a closed ground of 75 m² facing south, you will enjoy a terrace and a garden.
Two private parking spaces inside the property.
The gite is adjoining (by a carport) to the owners' house.

Maison confortable dans un lotissement avec un espace extérieur. La maison est bien aménagée pour passer un séjour serein. Elle est spacieuse, bien équipée et calme.La maison est bien située, à proximité de Vannes et de nombreuses attractions du Golfe du Morbihan.Le propriétaire est disponible et attentionné.

Logement correct dans une maison. Quatre pièces donc assez de place pour deux adultes et deux enfants. Literie très confortable et calme car peu de circulation dans la rue. Le seul point à revoir est la cuisinière à gaz avec une plaque électrique datant probablement de la fin du siècle dernier.

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour à Ty Touline. La maison est spacieuse, lumineuse et confortable. La terrasse est très bien exposée pour profiter du soleil notamment en fin de journée.le logement est idéalement situé pour visiter le golfe et des sentiers de randonnées sont à deux pas.
