VILLA PAZ is a magnificent recently refurbished detached house, situated in the El Lagar Urbanization, considered one of the most sought after areas of Alhaurín de la Torre. It is a magnificent location of total tranquillity and privacy. The town centre, shops, restaurants and supermarkets are approximately 1km from the villa. You will fall in love with the breathtaking views of the city of Malaga and its surroundings.
This year 2024 we highlight that the pool has been TOTALLY REFORMED AND MODERNIZED, with a progressive descent, which guarantees the safety and enjoyment of the little ones in the water. Floodlights have been installed for night lighting. The depth of the pool ranges from 0'7m/2,3ft to 1'60m/5'25ft.
The details of the layout of VILLA PAZ are as follows
- KITCHEN: American style kitchen open to the living room, a perfect space where you can put your best recipes into practice. Among the newly installed equipment we find an oven, a fridge freezer, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen is also equipped with small appliances and a dining table with seating for 8 people. There is also access to a pantry.
-LIVING ROOM: tastefully designed and quite spacious, with two large chaiselongue sofas, Full HD TV, air conditioning and large windows giving access to a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool. Very bright and spacious. It also has a functional electric fireplace and a reading area with two separate armchairs. It has internet connection and WIFI throughout the house.
-BEDROOM A: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and windows with blinds and blackout curtains.
-BEDROOM B: consists of a double bed of 150x200cm, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and window with blinds and blackout curtains.
-BEDROOM C: consists of two single beds of 90x200cm plus a bunk bed, with air conditioning, built-in wardrobe and window with blinds and blackout curtains.
-MINOR BATHROOM: in the main corridor there is a bathroom with toilet, bidet, washbasin and shower (recently refurbished).
-BATHROOM EN-SUITE: in bedroom A there is a bathroom with toilet, washbasin and shower (recently refurbished).
-LAUNDRY ROOM: includes a bathroom with toilet and washing machine (recently refurbished).
EXTERIOR
We have a large plot that surrounds the whole house, highlighting the following areas
- Garden and swimming pool area, where you can take a dip in summer to relieve the high temperatures. It has an outdoor shower.
- Barbecue and dining area, in the summer season there is nothing better than preparing food outdoors. Enjoy the best meats prepared on a charcoal or wood barbecue, where you can enjoy a nice meal outdoors. There is a bar with sink and worktop to prepare the food.
