The Dömchen has been completely newly furnished and opened its doors to holiday guests on December 1, 2022.
It is a half-timbered house with luxurious amenities (including a sauna, gas fireplace, bathroom with a freestanding bathtub, kitchen with an induction hob, wine fridge), and super-fast internet with approx. 100 Mbit/s download speed.
There are 3 bedrooms (1 with a double bed, 1 with 2 single beds, and 1 with 1 bed).
Access is via a PIN code.
Children and dogs are welcome and protected by the enclosed courtyard. The quaint 16th-century building originally served as a sacristan's house and village school. We acquired the house in April 2021 and spent over 1.5 years extensively renovating, refurbishing, and modernizing it in close cooperation with the heritage authorities, so that today you can enjoy modern living comfort in a historic ambiance. Children up to and including 6 years of age vacation with us free of charge. Dogs are welcome to join for €9.00/day. Our offer for you: 'Book 7 - Pay 6' - enjoy a whole week of relaxation for the price of 6 nights. Please transfer a deposit of €150.00 in addition to the booking price after booking.
After departure, if everything is in order, you will receive the deposit back. You will receive a PIN code for check-in, which allows you to independently access the property and buildings at any time of day or night from 3:00 PM onwards. If you are arriving by car, you will find free parking spaces right next to the house on the street.
If you are arriving by train, your destination is Euskirchen station, and from there you can take a bus or taxi to the holiday home (a 12-minute taxi ride). Please transfer a deposit of €150.00 in addition to the booking price after booking.
After departure, if everything is in order, you will receive the deposit back.

Das Häuschen mit seinem "alten" (denkmalschutz) Charme hat uns vom ersten Moment überzeugt. Es ist von der Besitzerin liebevoll, modern und passend ei gerichtet.
Es war alles da was wir uns vorgestellt hatten, eine Spülmaschine gibt es auch, sodass nach dem Kochen schnell "abgespült" ist.
Der klei...
Leider ist die enge steile Treppe zu den Schlafräumen sehr glatt, hier sollte man überlegen, ob man Teppichflecken dran kleben kann oder den Gästen sagen, aie somlen ABS-Socken mitbringen.
