Appartamento Tuli is a newly built studio flat on the mezzanine floor located in the center of Polignano a Mare.
The accomodation is about 300m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 350m from the famous Lama Monachile beach and 400m from the downtown overlooking the sea. The accommodation is equipped with A/C and Wi-Fi, it can comfortably accommodate 2 people. The house is equipped with a kitchenette with induction hobs, fridge, sink, oven, table with chairs and a small balcony with outdoor table and chairs.
Moreover there is a sofa, a double bed and a bathroom with shower. Appartamento Tuli is about 300 m from the statue of Domenico Modugno, 350 m from the famous beach of Lama Monachile, and 400 m from the downtown of Polignano a Mare.

The pre-authorization of the security deposit will also be processed at the same time. Check-in will be self; it is essential to carefully read the entry procedure and follow all instructions to gain access to the property.
Once those procedures are done, you will send a video selfie confirming your presence at the property.
Then we will provide the code to access the property.
If any steps are missing in the procedure an in-person check-in will be required with a penalty of €50 will be applied. This short term rental is managed by WePuglia Srl with a representation mandate. To ensure a more informed travel experience, we inform you that the price you see on the booking portal includes the owner's rental fee and the cost of any additional services we provide.
