Ideal for peaceful village holidays, this apartment in the town of Porreres offers space for 2-3 guests and is 20 km from the famous Es Trenc beach.
Porreres is a village with a long history and agricultural tradition, famous for its vineyards and high-quality wine production.
It boasts typical Mallorcan architecture with cobblestone streets and stone houses, lending it a unique charm.
Furthermore, Porreres is renowned for its Gothic church, the Church of Saint John the Baptist, dating back to the 14th century and standing as one of the municipality's most significant landmarks.

Es Trenc beach is a 25-30 minute drive away. This 2-bedroom apartment is perfect for families or groups of friends seeking comfortable and cozy accommodation during their holiday.
The first bedroom features a double bed, while the second bedroom is equipped with two single beds, ideal for children or friends.
The fully equipped kitchen includes a ceramic hob, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all the necessary utensils for cooking and enjoying a home-cooked meal.
A washing machine is also available in the apartment, making laundry chores easier during your stay.
The full bathroom is equipped with a shower, towels, and a hairdryer for your convenience.
The living room is a welcoming space where you can relax after a long day at the beach or exploring the town.
There is a satellite TV with foreign channels and free Wi-Fi throughout the apartment. Please note: A tourist tax, known as the Ecotasa, is applicable in the Balearic Islands and must be paid by each guest aged 16 and over.
The amount is €2.2 per night per person during high season and €0.55 per night per person during low season.
From the ninth night onwards, this amount is halved.
The Ecotasa will be charged before arrival via a secure payment link using Visa/MasterCard.
This payment is mandatory. Important: As required by law, we must request copies of the national ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age.
This information will be sent via email.
The security deposit will be held via credit card, and guests will need to provide their details through a secure payment link.
It will be refunded within 7 days after departure. IMPORTANT: Our office hours are Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM.
For emergencies, we are available 24 hours (calls only - option 2).

Alles war zu unserer Zufriedenheit. Alle Elektrogeräte funktionierten einwandfrei. Die große Dusche mit einem tollen Strahl hat uns besonders gefallen. Ist auf Mallorca nicht oft so. Vielen Dank auch für den unkomplizierten check in. Wir werden wieder kommen!

Un logement parfait pour pouvoir rayonner et visiter Majorque en voiture. L'appartement est en plein centre ville de Porreres, donc un peu de bruit le soir c'est normal. Une étoile en moins pour l'humidité de l'appartement (nous y avons séjourné au mois d'avril) sans doute beaucoup moins présente l'été. Les chambres sont très agréables et la literie excellente.

Rien car jamais pu y acceder
Suite à une grève des contrôleurs aériens, nous avons décalé notre venue d'une semaine. Mais holidu n'a pas souhaité décaler notre réservation pourtant disponible. Nous avons du payer une 2ème fois. Et au final la 2ème réservation n'a pas été prise en compte. Nous avons dû le soir même se débrouill...
