Ideal for 8 guests, this large finca with private pool, terrace and barbecue is located in Petra, in the centre of Mallorca.



The centre of the island is a very quiet and authentic place for a family holiday. On Wednesday mornings, the Petra market takes place. Afterwards, you can eat a good pa amb oli in the village square or visit the hermitage with panoramic views as far as Alcúdia. In about 30 minutes by car you can reach the northern beaches like Can Picafort or Son Serra de Marina or the beautiful coves in the east, among them Cala Millor and Porto Cristo. A car is necessary.



The finca has a private chlorine pool with a size of 9 x 6 meters where you can start the day with a refreshing swim. Next to it you can sunbathe in the garden with sunbeds and artificial grass or enjoy a barbecue with the whole family.



As you enter, there is a comfortable living-dining room with satellite TV and a large table. Next is the fully equipped kitchen including an induction hob, nespresso coffee machine and dishwasher. On the ground floor there is a bedroom with double bed and air conditioning as well as a bathroom with shower. On the first floor, you will find the other 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the others with 2 single beds as well as another bathroom with shower and hairdryer. The house provides you with 2 cots and 1 highchair, fast Wifi and a washing machine.





Please note:



In the Balearic Islands there is a tourist tax, called Ecotasa, which has to be paid by each guest from 16 years old. The amount is 2.2 EUR per night and person in high season and 0.55 EUR per night and person in low season. From the ninth night onwards, this amount is reduced by half. The Ecotasa will be charged prior to arrival by Visa / MasterCard with a secure payment link. This payment is compulsory.



Important: as required by law, we must ask for copies of ID cards or passports of all guests over 16 years of age. This information is sent by email.



The deposit will be held via credit card and the client will have to provide their details via a secure payment link. It will be returned within 7 days after departure.
