Magnólia is an elegant, spacious and airy flat in the main tourist area of Funchal, near Quinta Magnólia, and is ideal for two people.
The flat is 85 m2 and comprises a bedroom, living room with dining table and kitchen, a bathroom, a 30 m2 balcony-terrace with dining table and extensive views of the mountains and the city of Funchal, as well as a private parking space.
It is equipped with a fridge, washing machine, hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), TV with international and children's channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay.
LOCATION
The flat is in Funchal's main tourist area. Within a 15-minute walk there are restaurants, cafés, bars, shops and attractions.
It is 220 metres from Quinta Magnólia and the Barreiros Stadium, 1300 metres from the Lido Bathing Complex and 1600 metres from Funchal Marina.
The flat has easy pedestrian access to restaurants, bars and the historic city centre, there are bus stops near the building and it is easy to drive to and from the main roads. The Aerobus bus from the airport stops 450 metres from the building's entrance.

The lift is not available and you need to use the stairs to go down one floor from the entrance.
There are main roads nearby with potential noise especially at peak times.
We ask all guests to keep food well packaged so as not to attract insects due to the island's climate.
Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then a weekly maintenance cleaning is done, which includes changing bed linen and towels. To increase the frequency, an additional cleaning service must be requested.
The accommodation is officially registered, fulfils the requirements to guarantee safety and comfort, and has a complaints book controlled by the competent authorities.
CONDITIONS
1. Parties and behaviour that disturbs the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10pm and 8am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.
2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, the time of arrival and the means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.
3. Guests must agree a check-in time at least two days prior to arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be booked according to our availability.
4. Guests may be asked to present identification upon arrival and to provide missing identification data to fulfil legal requirements.
