Lidia's Place is a flat in the village of Ponta do Sol and is ideal for three people.

The flat is 130 m2 and consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a dining table, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a balcony with a sea view and private parking.

It is equipped with a fridge and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, hob, oven, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international and children's channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay.


LOCATION

The property is located in a residential building in the village of Ponta do Sol, where there are several restaurants and cafés.

Ponta do Sol is in the south-western part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.

A few kilometres away there are stunning cliffs, mountains and laurel forest for nature lovers and hikers.

Nearby you can enjoy many outdoor activities, such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.

Less than 200 metres away there is a supermarket, a restaurant and a café, but around 400 metres away there are other restaurants, cafés and bars. The João dos Passos Cultural Centre is 350 m away and Ponta do Sol beach is 450 m away.

The property has easy access to the main roads.


PLEASE NOTE

A car is recommended, but there are bus stops and a taxi rank nearby.

The accommodation is in a residential area, but there is potential noise from motorbikes and cars on a nearby street and from barking dogs in the neighbourhood, especially during the day if the windows are open.

We ask all guests to keep food well packaged, so as not to attract insects due to the island's climate.

Cleaning is done before guests arrive and there is a weekly maintenance clean, which includes changing bed linen and towels.

Increasing the number of guests means a price increase of up to 10 per cent per person.


CONDITIONS

1. Parties and behaviour that disturbs the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10pm and 8am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.

2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, the time of arrival and the means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.

3. Guests must agree a check-in time at least two days prior to arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be booked according to our availability.

4. Guests may be asked to present identification upon arrival and to provide missing identification data to fulfil legal requirements.

5. Guests must inform us of any allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures can be taken.
