Lidia’s Place is an apartment in the village of Ponta do Sol, ideal for three people. The apartment has 130 m2 and consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a dining table, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a balcony with sea view, and private parking. It is equipped with a refrigerator and freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (500 Mbps), TV with international and children's channels, and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxed stay. LOCATION The property is located in a residential building in the village of Ponta do Sol, where there are several restaurants and cafes. Ponta do Sol is situated in the southwest area of the island, which boasts the best climate conditions in Madeira. A few kilometers away, there are stunning cliffs, mountains, and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers. Nearby, you can enjoy many outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing, and other water sports. Within 200 meters, there is a supermarket, a restaurant, and a cafe, while about 400 meters away, there are other restaurants, cafes, and bars.

The João dos Passos Cultural Center is 350 meters away, and Ponta do Sol beach is 450 meters away. The property has easy access to the main roads. NOTES A car is recommended, but there are bus stops and a taxi rank nearby. The accommodation is in a residential area, but there is potential for noise from motorcycles and cars circulating on a nearby street and from dogs barking in the neighborhood, mainly during the day if the windows are open. We ask all guests to keep food well-packaged to avoid attracting insects due to the island's climate. Cleaning is done before guests arrive, and there is a weekly maintenance cleaning that includes changing bed linen and towels. An increase in the number of guests implies an additional charge of up to 10% per person. CONDITIONS 1.

Parties or behaviors that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbors are not allowed, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM when neighborhood noise is prohibited. 2.

An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time, and mode of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival. 3.

Guests must agree on the check-in time at least two days before arrival, and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new schedule may be arranged according to our availability. 4.

Guests may be asked to present identification upon arrival and provide any missing identification details to comply with legal requirements. 5.

Any damages, incidents, or cleaning issues must be reported as soon as they are detected so they can be verified and addressed promptly during the stay.

Problems reported late with the sole intention of obtaining a refund will not be considered. 6.

Guests should inform us about any allergies, conditions, or special needs before or immediately after booking to verify compliance and take appropriate measures.
