Vista Mar is a studio set in a rural house and is ideal for two people.

There is a terrace of around 50 m2 which includes a barbecue and an inflatable jacuzzi. This terrace is sunny and has a wide view of the ocean and farmland. There is also an outdoor parking area.

The studio is 40 m2 and includes a double bed, two armchairs, a dining table, a kitchenette and a bathroom.

It is equipped with a fridge, cooker, oven, microwave, coffee machine and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi, TV with international and children's channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay.


LOCATION

The property is in a rural area near the town of Ponta do Sol, where there is a beach and some restaurants and cafés.

Ponta do Sol is located in the south-western part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.

A few kilometres away, there are impressive cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.

The property has easy access to the main roads.


OBSERVATIONS

Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then there is a weekly maintenance clean, which includes a change of bed linen and towels.

Because it is in a rural area, there is potential for noise from dogs and other domestic animals on neighbouring properties. There are also insects in the neighbourhood that can be attracted to food waste.


CONDITIONS

1. Parties and behaviour that disturbs the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10pm and 8am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.

2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, the time of arrival and the means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.

3. Guests must agree a check-in time at least two days prior to arrival and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be booked according to our availability.

4. Guests may be asked to present identification upon arrival and to provide missing identification details to fulfil legal requirements.

5. Guests must inform us of any allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures can be taken.
