Casa da Praia is an independent part of a small rural house and is ideal for families and groups of up to four people.

The accommodation is 80 m2 and comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace and a parking space. The terrace is sunny, spacious and has views of the sea and surrounding farmland.

It is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, fridge, ceramic hob, microwave and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), TV with international channels, and other amenities to provide a pleasant and relaxing stay.


LOCATION

The property is close to the town of Ribeira Brava, where there is a beach and several restaurants and cafés.

Ribeira Brava is located in the south-western part of the island, which has the best weather conditions in Madeira.

A few kilometres away, there are impressive cliffs, mountains and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers.

In the vicinity it is possible to practise various outdoor activities, such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing and other nautical activities.

The property has easy access to the main roads.


NOTES

Guests have access to the upper floor of the house.

The accommodation and terrace are for the exclusive use of guests and these spaces are not shared with other users.

Cleaning is done before guests arrive and then there is a weekly maintenance clean, which includes a change of bed linen and towels.

The accommodation is in a rural residential area, but there is potential noise from motorbikes and cars on a nearby street and from barking dogs in the neighbourhood. There are also insects in the vicinity that can be attracted to food waste.

Increasing the number of guests will incur a price increase of up to 10 per cent per person.


CONDITIONS

1. Parties and behaviour that disturbs the peace and well-being of neighbours are not allowed, especially between 10pm and 8am when neighbourhood noise is prohibited.

2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, the time of arrival and the means of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival.

3. Self-check-in with flexible arrival times is available via a key safe whose code is created and sent on the day of arrival. For in-person check-in, an appointment is required and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time can be booked according to our availability.

4. Guests may be asked to present identification upon arrival and to provide missing identification data to fulfil legal requirements.

5. Guests must inform us of any allergies, conditions or special needs before or immediately after booking in order to verify compliance and appropriate measures can be taken.
