Casa da Praia is an independent part of a small country house and is ideal for families and groups of up to four people.
The accommodation is 80 sq m and comprises two air-conditioned bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a bathroom, a terrace, and a parking space.
The terrace is sunny, spacious, and overlooks the sea and surrounding farmland. It is equipped with air conditioning, a washing machine, a refrigerator, a ceramic hob, a microwave, and other utensils, as well as bed linen, towels, Wi-Fi (200 Mbps), TV with international channels, and other amenities to ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay. LOCATION The property is close to the village of Ribeira Brava, where there is a beach and several restaurants and cafés. Ribeira Brava is located in the southwestern part of the island, which has the best climate conditions on Madeira. A few kilometers away, there are impressive cliffs, mountains, and Laurissilva forest for nature lovers and hikers. Nearby, you can enjoy various outdoor activities such as hiking, paragliding, mountain biking, surfing, fishing, and other water sports. The property has easy access to the main roads. NOTES Guests have access to the upper floor of the house and the terrace.
However, the entrance is shared, and the lower floor is not included in the accommodation. Cleaning is done before guests' arrival, followed by a weekly maintenance cleaning, which includes changing bed linen and towels. The accommodation is in a rural residential area, but there may be noise from motorcycles and cars on a nearby street and barking dogs in the neighborhood. There is ongoing construction in the vicinity, which may cause noise during the day. There are also insects in the area that may be attracted to food scraps. An increase in the number of guests implies a price increase of up to 10% per person. CONDITIONS 1. Parties or behaviors that disturb the peace and well-being of neighbors are not permitted, especially between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM when neighborhood noise is prohibited. 2. An online check-in form will be sent to collect essential identification data for check-in, arrival time, and mode of transport, which must be submitted by guests at least two days before arrival. 3. Self check-in with flexible arrival time is available via a key safe, the code for which is generated and sent on the day of arrival.
For in-person check-in, an appointment for the time is required, and the waiting time is 60 minutes, after which a new time may be scheduled according to our availability. 4. Guests may be asked to present identification upon arrival and provide any missing identification details to comply with legal requirements. 5. Die Wohnung hat eine angenehme Größe und man hat von der Terrasse einen schönen Ausblick bis zum Meer.
Wegen der Nähe zu einer Straße mit viel Verkehr war es tagsüber leider etwas laut.
