On the upper floor, there is a living room, a master bedroom with double bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and separate bathtub, and another bedroom with two single beds. In addition, there is another bathroom with shower and bathtub, not en suite. The upper floor also has a large living room connected to the room below and with access to a terrace.

Therefore, we will detail below how the cooling devices are distributed in the house: two bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, two have floor fans and one has a ceiling fan. In addition, there is air conditioning in the following areas of the house: the entrance, the dining room, one of the living rooms and the kitchen.



The garden of the property is very spacious and is divided into four distinct areas. In the access area to the house, there is an area under a large vine that provides shade and freshness, and an area with an outdoor table ideal for enjoying meals outdoors. In the pool area, there are sun loungers on both sides for sunbathing and relaxing. There is also a barbecue area and a porch with sofas and a dining table, perfect to enjoy an alfresco dinner or simply to relax and enjoy the garden. In addition, there is a full bathroom with shower in the garden, which facilitates the comfort of the guests. Explore the weekly market: Every Thursday morning, the weekly market is held in the main square of Consell, offering a variety of local products, such as fresh fruit and vegetables, cheeses, olives and handmade crafts. This is a great opportunity to experience the local culture and sample some of the delicious local produce.



Hiking: Consell is located at the foot of the Tramuntana mountains, which offer some beautiful hiking routes with stunning views of the surrounding landscape.

- No parties or events are allowed in the house. If you want to have visitors, please do so in moderation and respect the house rules.
