Common areas include a centuries-old pergola, a terrace, and a garden furnished for sunbathing or dining outdoors on summer evenings.

The terrace and green areas are equipped with loungers and deck chairs.

Three to four parking spaces are available in a private, fenced parking lot.

Water comes from rainwater tanks and is recommended for hygienic purposes only.
