Villa Stellina and Trullo Cecè, are two independent units but they share the same property, and it is the perfect stress-free vacation for you and your friends.
Villa Stellina consists of two double bedrooms equipped with smart TV and air conditioning, a bathroom and a living room with a double bed sofa.
It can accommodate four+two guests.
Trullo Cecè is a characteristic Saracen trullo, air-conditioned, with smart TV, double alcove, bathroom, it has a kitchenette with induction cooker, coffee machine and mini-bar and is mostly suitable for two people.
The common areas have a century-old pergola, a terrace and a garden where you can enjoy a delicious dinner and the coolness in the summer evenings.
The whole property shares some common spaces such as a barbecue area and a large covered veranda where there is a kitchen and a lounge area.
There is WI-FI and fan.
The terrace and green areas are equipped with relax lounges and deck chairs, there is also an outdoor shower.
There are 3/4 parking spaces available in private, fenced parking.
The facility supplies water from rainwater cisterns and consumption is recommended for hygienic/sanitary purposes, but not recommended for food use.
Access and interior have no steps.
The entire property can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests and has guidelines to help guests sort waste.
The villa is only 300 m from a restaurant, the village is about 1.5 km and The sea less than 8 km (costa Merlata, torre Guaceto, Villanova, santa Sabina….)
Animals are not allowed.
