Die Wohnung war sehr sauber. Prompter Einsatz des Haustechnikers bei Problemen.
Die noch sehr umfangreichen Bauarbeiten (Tiefbau!), die teilweise sehr laut waren. Insgesamt wären mehr Steckdosen wünschenswert, ebenso mehr Besteck und Geschirr. So kam die Spülmaschine viel zu häufig zum Einsatz, was nicht nachhaltig ist.
Die Lage des Hauses ist super, liegt nur Minuten vom Meer entfernt.

Der Ausblick vom Penthouse war überragend mit umliegender Terrasse.
Kein Service unmittelbar im Haus, der Hausmeister muss erst fernmündlich für einen Termin geordert werden. Jalousien an den Fenstern nicht vollumfänglich funktionsfähig.
Es sind umfassende Renovierungsarbeiten notwendig. Baustelle bereits vorhanden. WLAN wird bestätigt, funktioniert aber nicht o...
