The holiday apartment "Strandnest 1" is located on the ground floor of the "Strandnest-Norderney" house.
The house is situated on Maybachstraße and contains a total of three holiday apartments of different sizes.
The "Strandnest 1" apartment was freshly renovated in spring 2023 and offers space for up to two people on approx. 35sqm. In the design of the apartment, emphasis was placed on bright and natural colors and a modern furnishing style.
The apartment features a bedroom with a double bed and TV.
The living room offers a sofa bed (1.60m x 2.00m), which is ideal for a second person who wishes to sleep separately.
The integrated kitchenette is fully equipped.
The bathroom is equipped with a shower, a towel warmer, and a toilet.
Pets (dogs) are not allowed in this holiday apartment.

Küchenausstattung in allen Belangen lediglich ausreichend - passt nicht zur Wohnung!

Leider liegt die Wohnung aktuell an einer sehr lauten Baustelle, die auch über Mittag sehr frequentiert ist. Die Wohnung war leider sehr schlecht geputzt worden ( Haare im ganzen Bad inkl. Toilette, schmutziges Geschirr im Küchenschrank, Ceranfeld nicht gesäubert).
