In addition its location places it in a few minutes drive from the centre of Alhaurín el Grande and from different roads that will take you to the points of interest of the province of Malaga. Caminito del Rey, the beaches of the whole province, Malaga Centre and its museums and gastronomy. All in a time intervals of no more than an hour by car.



All the plot is fenced in its perimeter, at its entrance, after the automatic gate (area that can also serve to leave your vehicle parked inside the plot) we will find a nice view of the accommodation, rural character throughout its environment, with a nice pool surrounded by artificial grass and fixed umbrellas so you can sunbathe or rest from it in the shade while the smallest of the house enjoy a swim. There is also a bathroom near the pool with a shower tray that will be very useful as an auxiliary bathroom or to use it when you are enjoying the outdoor spaces. Outdoor spaces that you will love, because in addition to having a covered gas barbecue area, the porch or entrance to the accommodation is covered, and in colder seasons you can lower the awnings to insulate yourself from the wind or cold. As we have said, it is an accommodation to enjoy all year round.



At the entrance, we enter directly into the living room, which has a sofa area and Smart TV with which you can follow your favourite series or movie. You can also have lunch in the living room with the whole family, an easy task because the independent kitchen is located in the next room connected to the living-dining room. A kitchen equipped with everything you need to make it easy to prepare any lunch, as well as windows to the outside and be very cozy, has a door WITHOUT EXIT with protective fence for the little ones so you can have both the house and the kitchen refrigerated naturally as well as having an extra point of natural light.



All areas of the accommodation except the kitchen are air conditioned, so your rest at the right temperature is guaranteed, remember to use responsibly the electrical or water resources of the accommodation.



You will have three bedrooms, all with windows to the outside and space to store your luggage in a simple and tidy way. Two of the bedrooms have double beds and the third has two single beds, In one of them, as you will see in the photos, there is also a cot if you are travelling with a child under the age of two.
