The vacation home "Lohansler Hütte" was newly built and completed in September 2021. It is uniquely situated in a secluded location amidst nature on a large plot of land with a natural stream and pond.
The house offers approximately 160 m² of living space for up to 8 guests.
You can access the living area from the outside via an access ramp that symbolizes a barn entrance.
This entrance leads to a large covered terrace with a beautiful seating area.
From this terrace, you enter the spacious living area with a kitchen, dining area, and a sofa corner.
The view from the kitchen through a large panoramic window is impressive and extends from "Hündle" to "Fluh" in the nearby Steibis ski area.
The exposed roof beams throughout the living area create a particularly cozy atmosphere, enhanced by a comfortable wood-burning stove.
The high-quality and modernly equipped kitchen features brand-name appliances, including a fridge-freezer combination, dishwasher, oven, and a large induction hob. Together with the adjacent cozy dining area, the entire space invites you to cook and enjoy convivial gatherings.
Sufficient dishes, cutlery, and other kitchen utensils are available.
Adjacent to the living area, there is a double bedroom with light ash wood furniture and a bathroom with a walk-in shower and a bathtub.

There you will find 3 further bedrooms, a bathroom with a large walk-in shower, and a separate toilet.
Furthermore, on the ground floor, there is a garage and the main utility room with a washing machine and dryer.
All rooms offer a magnificent view of nature, which you can also enjoy from two large terraces.
The district of Schindelberg is within sight and can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
There are two guesthouses located there.
The Lohansler Hütte is located approximately a 10-15 minute drive from Oberstaufen town center, in the Schindelberg district.
Restaurants and shops for daily needs can be reached within 5 minutes by car. As high-quality oak parquet flooring has been installed in the house, we kindly ask you not to wear outdoor shoes inside.
Please note that during the winter months, snow chains may be required to access the house. The vacation home "Lohansler Hütte" is not a partner of Oberstaufen Plus.

Super war, dass genügend Holz da war. Danke dafür. Wir wollten ja ursprünglich zu acht kommen und waren nun froh, dass wir zu sechst waren, da es sonst einfach zu eng wäre. Die Lage von eurer Hütte ist natürlich das High-light.
Was mir sehr gut gefallen hat, war die Freundlichkeit von Beginn bis zum Schluss von eurer Seite aus.
