Fantastic townhouse, completely redecorated, just 30m from the beach! On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living-dining room, two terraces, a barbecue, and a private garden, which also offers direct access to the communal pool and then to the beach.
The fully equipped kitchen opens onto the dining room and was renovated in December 2025.
The first floor features two bedrooms, one with a sea-view terrace, and two bathrooms.
The large master suite is located on the top floor, with its high ceilings, en-suite bathroom, and private sea-view terrace.
You can enjoy direct access to the beach through the complex, beautiful tropical gardens, a children's playground, and a large swimming pool surrounded by sun loungers.
The entire accommodation has been tastefully furnished in an ethnic and modern style.
The house will offer you all the necessary comfort for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends.
One of the pools will be closed from November to March.
We cannot be held responsible for pool closures due to decisions by the condominium board or regional authorities because of water restrictions implemented during drought periods.
Please note that for your convenience, we provide a FIRST NECESSITY WELCOME PACK with mini-shampoo, shower gel, soap, and 1 roll of toilet paper per bathroom, as well as a few coffee pods and dishwasher capsules, which will not be replenished during your stay!
