The flat, located on the first floor of a period building without lift, opens onto a hallway leading to the open plan living area. This room is furnished with sofa, pouf, TV, reading corner and fully equipped kitchen with peninsula and stools, oven, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, juicer, toaster and coffee maker. A curtain separates the living area from a room with a single bed. The other room, which has a double bed, is accessed from the hallway at the entrance. Both boast a view of the lake. The layout is completed by a bathroom with shower.


The highlight of this accommodation is the large terrace with dining table and sun loungers overlooking the marina and the lake, where guests can relax and enjoy meals in the open air.

The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, and it is possible to visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the summit of Monte San Primo, which can be reached by a dense network of paths and itineraries for trekking and nature lovers. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.
