A dream vacation with your family in this charming villa with a private pool.
In the main house, you'll find the living-dining room with access to the terrace, where you can enjoy the best views of the Bay of Roses.
The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary appliances for your comfort, including a fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, and kitchen utensils (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, etc.).
On the same floor, there are 2 double bedrooms, one with a 1.80x2m bed and the other with a 1.60x1.90m bed.
One of the bedrooms is en-suite with a private bathroom and shower.
There is another bathroom with a shower opposite the bedrooms.
Going down the external stairs from the terrace, you reach the independent studio with a double bedroom with a 1.50x1.90m bed and a small loft of approximately 1.5m in height, ideal for a not-too-tall teenager with a 1.20x2m bed.
The studio does NOT have air conditioning, but fans are available.
There is air conditioning in 2 bedrooms and the living room.
Please note that approximately 15 kWh of daily consumption is included in the rental price.
Any excess consumption will be charged at the current market rate, with the price per kWh indicated in the rental contract.
We remind you that air conditioning units cool the room quickly if all openings are closed, so it's not necessary to leave them running when you are not at home.
Wi-Fi is included in the price.
The house has outdoor parking space for 2 cars (not private).
