le cadre, l appartement bien agencé, equipé et la proximite: plage, promenade, centre ville, emplacement parking voiture reservé à l appartement, ascenseur bien apprécié pour un appartem de 3 eme etage et l unique bruit des vagues de l ocean qui apporte une certaine serenité.
etre obligé de monter a l etage pour les toilettes : le seul inconvenient du sejour
