This delightful villa in Tuscany is located just a few kilometers from the Maremma Natural Park and the Alberese Marina, offering you the opportunity to enjoy excursions, days at the sea on a very clean and unspoiled beach, or relaxing bike rides on the cycle path.
It is a welcoming environment, surrounded by a beautiful garden rich in plants and olive trees.
Access is via a few steps or a ramp, making it accessible even for people with disabilities.
As soon as you enter, you find yourself in a large living room that opens onto a fully equipped kitchen, creating a single open-plan space.
To the left of the living room, off the corridor, there is a storage room, two bedrooms (double and twin), and a first bathroom with a whirlpool tub.

Die Wohnung ist sauber, gut möbliert, zwei Terrassen sind optimal für Frühstück und abendliches Ausspannen. Probleme mit dem Internet wurden prompt gelöst. Die Kommunikation mit dem Verwalter war ausgezeichnet. Die Lage ist bestens um die südliche Toskana/Maremma zu erkunden. Es war ein gelungener Urlaub!
