This holiday home comprises, on the ground floor, a fully equipped kitchen, a living room, and a shower room with WC.
Upstairs, there is a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160x200cm) and a single bed (90x200cm), and a third bedroom with two single beds (90x200cm). Also on this level are a bathroom and a shower room with WC.
Outside, you can enjoy a large enclosed garden shared with the owners, as well as a terrace with garden furniture, a barbecue, a parasol, and sun loungers.
A heated swimming pool with a retractable cover is available.
The pool measures 7.5m x 4m (1.20m to 2m deep). It is open from April 8th to October 31st during designated time slots. The owners provide books, board games, children's games, DVDs, and baby equipment.
Cottage located next to the owners' main residence.
Possibility of an additional child's bed in a bunk bed. In Brittany, in the Morbihan department, the town of Locoal-Mendon is located between Auray and the Ria d'Etel.
