Das Haus ist sehr schön, modern (IKEA) eingerichtet, viel Platz und Stauraum. Aber es wird in der Beschreibung verschwiegen, dass es an einer viel befahrenen Durchgangstrasse liegt, so dass der Aussenbereich (Terrassen) je nach Tag und Uhrzeit nicht mit Freude genutzt werden kann.
