Balbo 7 is a large two-room apartment with a kitchen and bedroom, recently renovated, which can accommodate 5 people.
The location is excellent: it is in the old town of Lecce but in a quiet street, a few steps from the station and all the main monuments and services (from craft shops to the best wine bars and typical Salento taverns). The house The rooms are developed on one level and are very welcoming.
The furniture has an absolutely amazing style, which combines modern elements and classic Salento architecture.
Comfortable and functional, it is perfect for a romantic stay or for families with children. - a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (fridge, electric kettle, coffee machine and all essentials), table with 4 chairs, double sofa bed - bathroom with sink, shower, bidet, hairdryer and disposable toiletries (soap, shower gel, shampoo and conditioner) - a spacious bedroom with a double bed, two wooden clothes hanger furniture and a single ottoman bed - air conditioning, heating, TV and Wi-Fi - bed linen and towels included in the price Balbo 7 is in a Limited Traffic Zone, but if you arrive between 16 and 19 you can reach the apartment by car to unload your luggage (excluding holidays). A few minutes away, outside the ZTL, you can park for free in Via Petraglione.
Parking is also available for a fee (€ 0.60/h) along Via Manifattura Tabacchi, Via Duca degli Abruzzi or near Porta San Biagio (hours 09-14 and 16-21, free on holidays). Guest access The entire apartment is at the exclusive disposal of our Guests.
