As you enter the house, you enter the large living room with open-plan fitted kitchen.

Then follow the corridor to the WC, bathroom with shower and 2 bedrooms. The first bedroom has a double bed (140x200), while the 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds (90x200) that can be made into a double bed (180x200).

The garden is fully enclosed, ideal for children or pets. You can also enjoy a pleasant terrace for lunch or dinner.


The house is located 800m from the small port of Portsall, which has many shops (Portsall fishery, Proxi, bakery, restaurants, etc.). For water sports enthusiasts, the Portsall sailing club is close by. The surrounding area also offers magnificent spots for windsurfing, kite-surfing, surfing, wing-surfing and paddle-boarding. If you're more of a beach person, there are some splendid white sandy beaches within easy reach.

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist spots in the Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or in the Sainte Marguerite dunes, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès, or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Musée des Beaux-Arts in Brest....

Children will also find nearby: La récré des 3 curés (amusement park), Océanopolis (one of the largest aquariums in Europe).

For the more sporty, there are magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddle and surfing spots nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
