You'll fall under the spell of this pretty neo-Bretonne house, in which you'll occupy the 1st floor. The flat has 2 bedrooms, each with a double bed, a bathroom with shower and a comfortable living room. The house faces due west, so you can enjoy the magnificent sunsets over the sea. You will also have access to the property's garage, where you will find a washing machine and tumble dryer. The large garden is also shared with the owner, so you can enjoy the garden furniture or deckchairs.


Want to go for a short walk? Just cross the road and you're directly on the GR34 long-distance hiking trail! And if you're more of a beach person, the beach is just behind the hiking trail, just 50m from the house!


The little extras you won't find anywhere else? Bed linen and towels provided (sheets, covers, pillowcases, towels, tea towels), as well as a digital welcome booklet explaining how the house works and advising you on things to do and places to visit!


Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist spots in the Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk on the wild coast or in the Sainte Marguerite dunes, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès, or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Art....

For children, there's also a nearby amusement park, La récré des 3 curés, and Océanopolis (one of Europe's largest aquariums).

For the more sporty, there are magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddleboarding and surfing spots nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
