Entrancing into this house, you will discover a very spacious ground floor: a light-filled living room opening onto a large open-plan kitchen for enjoying meals with friends or family. You will also discover 2 very beautiful master suites, one adjoining the living room with a 140x200 bed and a pretty bathroom with shower. The other master suite is on the other side of the house, and you'll be charmed by its magnificent exposed beams and pretty bathroom with a bath and shower.


On the first floor, the landing leads to the 3 other bedrooms: a large bedroom with a 160x200 bed and a cot, a second bedroom ideal for children with a trundle bed, a first "fixed" bed under which a second single bed is hidden - just pull the handle to reveal it. The 3rd bedroom is full of charm with its splendid exposed beams and 14x200 bed. Finally, on this floor, you'll find the house's 3rd bathroom with a shower and WC.


The house is ideally located 700m from the port of Aber Wrac'h and 500m from the Plage des Anges, so you can get there easily on foot. For hiking enthusiasts, the GR34 long-distance hiking trail passes by the port and allows you to discover all the beauty of Aber Wrac'h.

Less than 30 minutes away, you can discover the most popular tourist attractions in the Pays des Abers and the Pays d'Iroise: visit the islands of Ouessant or Molène from the pretty, lively and picturesque port of Le Conquet (you can also leave from Lanildut), discover the 3 Abers and their magnificent landscapes, go for a walk along the wild coast or discover the Ile Vierge lighthouse, visit the Pointe Saint Matthieu, the Château de Kergroadès, or the Musée de la Marine in Brest. For art lovers: La Passerelle in Brest, La Fondation Leclerc in Landerneau, the Brest Museum of Fine Art....

For children, there's also the 3 Curés amusement park and Océanopolis (one of Europe's largest aquariums) nearby.

For the more sporty, there are magnificent kitesurfing, windsurfing, paddleboarding and surfing spots nearby. For golfers, there are several nearby, including the Abers golf course.
