Three further bedrooms, each with a double bed (160x200), share a bathroom and WC. An additional bedroom is equipped with a sofa bed and a cot, perfect for the little ones.


On the first floor, an area dedicated to children offers two adjoining bedrooms: one with three single beds (90x200) and the other with four single beds (90x200). This floor also has a WC.


The house also has a laundry room with washing machine and tumble dryer for your convenience.


The real gem of this villa is the splendid 32m² indoor swimming pool (4x8m, 1.60m deep), heated to 29°C all year round. Adjacent to the pool, a bathroom and a second private terrace with sun loungers invite you to relax.
