The studio includes: a kitchen (combined oven/microwave and Dolce Gusto coffee maker) with dining area, a living room with 1 Murphy bed 140x190, a shower room with wc.

Outside: a private wooden terrace facing south and a private garden (not enclosed) with a ping-pong table.

You will have access to the heated outdoor swimming pool of 4 x 10 m (depth of 0.6 to 1.60 m) with sliding cover shared with the owners.

A parking space is reserved for you on the property.

The cottage is located on the land of the owners who reserve part of their garden with two ponds, and give you access to their garage and their laundry room to use the washing machine and the freezer.

Swimming pool open from May to the end of September and from 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

During the summer: rental from Sunday to Sunday. Welcome to the cottage Le Petit Paradis: ideal base to discover all the treasures of southern Brittany! Idleness and relaxation are on the program thanks to the south-facing terrace and the heated outdoor swimming pool, enough to relax between two getaways! Pluneret is at the gates of the Gulf of Morbihan: one of the most beautiful bays in the world, which will surprise you with the beauty of its landscapes.

Not to be missed during your stay: the Basilica of Ste Anne d'Auray (high place of Breton pilgrimage), Le Bono with its suspension bridge, Auray with its St Goustan port.

For your swimming days, the beautiful beaches of Carnac and Erdeven are 30 minutes away.
