The cottage offers you:
- On the ground floor: a living room with fully equipped kitchen, living room and lounge. Also on this level: a bedroom (1 160x200 bed) with private shower room and a toilet.
- Upstairs: 3 bedrooms (1 160x200 bed, 4 90x190 beds), a bathroom with wc.
- Outside: a garden (not closed), a paved terrace facing south, a carport to park the car. Other parking spaces in the driveway leading to the cottage. The cottage is located next to a small farm (6 cows and a few hens) In southern Morbihan, let yourself be charmed by the Ria d'Etel! This small inland sea, with its landscapes worthy of a postcard, will not leave you indifferent. A charming hamlet built on an island in the heart of the river, Saint-Cado, a small picturesque hamlet connected to the mainland by a bridge, is a must. Very close, Etel is worth a look with its port, its shops and its famous 'Barre': shifting sandbank, closing the bay. In Etel there is also a seawater swimming pool for swimming and water sports.
