The Epting Apartment is located on the ground floor of a modern building, completed in 2018 with energy-efficient construction.

Enjoy maximum comfort and sustainability with underfloor heating, a decentralized ventilation system, and a photovoltaic system that covers most electricity needs.

The air heat pump operates without fossil fuels.

All rooms have LED lighting and individual thermostats.

Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Large windows and glass doors create a bright, pleasant atmosphere.

The bedroom features a comfortable double bed and a spacious wardrobe with a safe. In the open living-dining area, you will find a fully equipped kitchen with induction hob, Senseo coffee machine, dish towels, and dishwasher tabs.

The dining table seats up to 4 people, and there is a sofa bed for additional guests. The modern bathroom includes a shower, hairdryer, and towels (including bath towels).

Basic toiletries are provided. Relax outdoors on a small terrace with a garden area.

A utility room with washing machine, dryer, and iron as well as a bicycle room with e-bike charging are available in the basement.

Parking is provided; a wallbox for charging electric cars is available for an extra fee. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed.
