The approx. 100 sqm large, bright flat is located on the 1st floor in the "Ferienhaus Urban" in the Strandstr. 154 in Niendorf-Ostsee, directly opposite the beach / pier (10m). The "Beletage" in the "Ferienhaus Urban" is a spacious holiday flat for 2-6 people. You can expect a spacious living room with a fantastic panoramic sea view over the Bay of Lübeck. For the first time since the house was built, there is a spacious and beautiful real wood balcony on the sea side in a classic seaside style, which can be accessed via a panoramic sliding window. All guests can enjoy the view of the nearby Baltic Sea from the 12 square metre balcony at the same time. The historic floorboards in the old building have been refurbished and new floorboards have been added in other rooms so that the entire flat has a uniform real wood floor (some even have chateau floorboards). The living rooms were fitted with new wall panels in a classic coffered look. The wall design and high-quality original English colours have created an ambience that is both modern and cosy. To create the perfect feel-good atmosphere, the historic wooden beams of the original 19th century ceiling construction were exposed in two other rooms, refurbished
and fitted with modern lighting. The living room is equipped with a new and very comfortable seating set, free Wi-Fi (not part of the contract), a spacious dining table with plenty of room and a reading corner with a sea view that invites you to relax. The "Beletage" in the "Ferienhaus Urban" has 3 bedrooms: 1 bedroom with box-spring bed double bed and window view of the Baltic Sea including the sound of the sea. 1 bedroom with comfortable and as good as new double sofa bed and large TV/flatscreen incl. Netflix, this is a connecting room. This living/sleeping area is connected to the living room by a large sliding glass door. It can be darkened for sleeping with the sound of the sea. 1 further modern bedroom with box-spring bed/double bed, TV and its own walk-in shower/WC/washbasin and towel heater. It is only 2 metres away via the mini corridor. This room is very popular with both younger and older guests, as it offers a certain amount of privacy.
All box-spring beds (1.60 m x 2.00 m) are equipped with full-length mattresses. -->> A top-equipped, chic and above all high-quality kitchen with plenty of storage space that leaves nothing to be desired. Special highlights are the cooking island with 2 high chairs as well as the oven and the wine cooler at eye level. An additional window allows a view of the Baltic Sea while cooking. A modern television is also available here. 1 large daylight bathroom with double bathtub, heated towel rail and WC. Coin-operated washing machine and tumble dryer are located separately in the laundry room on the ground floor. This beautiful flat is a NON-SMOKING flat. Bed linen and towels can be rented for an extra charge from the flat agency "mehr als Meer". Pets are not allowed. In the course of the renovation, a large car park was created directly behind the house, where an electric charging station is available for a fee. There is a small parking area for bicycles at the rear of the car park. All prices quoted are for 4 people, for each additional person we charge EUR 20.00 per night.
