The property is located a few steps from the Navigli, an area rich in all services and well connected by public transport.

The interior space is organized as follows

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.

- From Milan Malpensa Airport, it is possible to take the Terravision bus service to the Central Station, from where it is possible to take the metro line M2 Verde to the stop "S. Agostino", from which it is possible to reach the stop of "Viale Coni Zugna Via Solari" (3 minutes walk) and take tram n. 14 to the stop "Via Giambellino Via Vignoli", 3 minutes from the property.

Alternatively it is possible to reach the apartment by car/taxi in 50 minutes (57 Km).


- From Milano Centrale Station, it is possible to reach the apartment by taking the metro line M2 Verde to the stop "S. Agostino", from which it is possible to reach the stop of "Viale Coni Zugna Via Solari" (3 minutes walk) and take tram n. 14 to the stop "Via Giambellino Via Vignoli", 3 minutes from the property.
