Cosy studio flat with balcony a few steps from the public beach of Bellagio.


The flat is located on the first floor without lift of a building in a residential area of the village and consists of one well-furnished room with a double bed, dining table and a fully equipped kitchenette. From here a French window gives access to a small balcony furnished with a coffee table and chairs. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.

Available to guests are amenities such as free wifi, air conditioning and heating with heat pump.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Among the most famous are Villa Melzi, with its 18 km of streets and paths in the garden and its works of art, and Villa Serbelloni, now a study and conference centre of the Rockefeller Foundation, with its wonderful garden. The historical centre, with its numerous small shops along narrow, stepped streets, passageways and arcades, is world-famous and attracts thousands of tourists every year. The territory of Bellagio is vast and varied, and one can visit the different lake hamlets such as Borgo di Bellagio, Loppia, San Giovanni and Pescallo, up to the summit of Monte San Primo, which can be reached by a dense network of paths and itineraries for trekking and nature lovers. Finally, Bellagio is well connected by boat to nearby villages such as Varenna, Lenno, Bellano, Menaggio, Tremezzo and Como.

The flat is also easily accessible from Como by public transport and is 1 hour and 20 minutes' drive from Orio al Serio airport.
