The charming Casa Capitán is located in Santa Ponsa, a tourist town belonging to the municipality of Calvià. Santa Ponsa has first class tourist services: shops, bars, nightclubs and restaurants. The interior part of the house has a very comfortable living-dining room with large sofas, the kitchen is very well equipped. It has 3 very spacious double rooms, with 4 full bathrooms, being able to comfortably accommodate up to 8 people. The house also has Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fireplace, satellite TV and a laundry area. The outdoor part with a wonderful rectangular pool will allow you to relax on one of its loungers soaking up the fantastic Mediterranean sun. At the back of the pool is the garden with a barbecue area and a table where you can eat and rest. From the covered outdoor terrace overlooking the pool there is a magnificent dining room and a chill out area from where you can enjoy and shelter from the sun. It is ideal for families or groups of friends. The property has private parking.
From Casa Capitán you can comfortably reach Ses Pedreretes beach in 15 minutes on foot.
It is located at a distance of 4 km from the Santa Ponsa Golf Club.
The center of Palma is only 20 km from the house.

The rate during high season (from April to October included) will be:• 2,20€ per day per adult (16+) for the first 8 days; 1,10€ per day per adult for the remainder. All these amounts are reduced by half in each case from 1st november. This tax is for residents and non-residents of the European Union. We will take payment upon your arrival to the house or apartment.
