This spacious detached villa for 8 is located in picturesque Caunes-Minervois, just 20 km from the famous castle of Carcassonne. Enjoy complete privacy, whether relaxing by the pool, or on one of the terraces. The covered terrace offers breathtaking panoramic views over the village. A perfect place to enjoy your holiday undisturbed!
At walking distance from the villa, you can go to the market where you can buy fresh local products. In the village you can also find a medieval abbey, all kinds of amenities and nice terraces. Caunes-Minervois is known for its pink marble and picturesque shades
Charging an electric car at the accommodation is possible and the costs are according to consumption. You can pay at the charging station. Illegal charging of a car is not permitted.
For reasons of tranquillity, reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted.
Because of the peace and quiet and possible neighbours, noise nuisance after 22:00 hour is not allowed/prohibited in this holiday home.
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house.

De algemene ervaring was zeer positief. Een ruim en goed ingericht huis. Het verwarmde zwembad en jacuzzi werden gewaardeerd. Kamers en badkamers zijn ruim en mooi ingericht. De view vanop het terras is memorabel.

Goede ligging qua privacy. Lastig te lopen of fietsen naar huis vanaf dorp. Woon/eetgedeelte op verdieping.

This is a lovely house in a fantastic region, with excellent wines! The house itself has four double bedrooms with the two 'upstairs' en suite, and the two downstairs being much cooler in the hot weather, and with a shared bathroom. House facilities and decor was excellent and had everything we needed. The pool was brilliant, and it was also great having a hot tub for the slightly less warm days.
