Cozy house with a spacious outdoor area, private pool, and a terrace with various stone tables and chairs, where children can play and run freely.
It also features a barbecue area and a Chill Out zone, perfect for enjoying a game after a meal or relaxing outdoors at night.
Next to the pool, you'll find a bathroom with a shower, and behind the house, an area for playing pétanque.
Located a few meters from the Montgrí Natural Park, an ideal setting for walking, cycling, and enjoying nature.
Riells beach is 1.4 km away, and Montgó beach is 1.8 km away. The house is distributed over three floors: On the ground floor, a large living room with a breakfast bar and access to the terrace, a bathroom with a bathtub, and two bedrooms each with two single beds (90 cm). On the first floor, a lounge with views of the Empordà, a very bright dining room with access to the terrace, a kitchen, and a double bedroom with a 150 cm bed and a full bathroom with a bathtub and shower, with access from the garden. On the second floor, a suite with a 150 cm double bed, an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, and direct access to a private terrace with magnificent views. It has an outdoor parking space and free street parking.
A total of 8 people can stay: in 2 double beds and 4 single beds.
Dogs are welcome for an additional fee of €10/pet/night (maximum 2 pets).
Although not a new house, it retains a classic, family charm, making it especially comfortable and functional for enjoying a holiday in a tranquil setting.
The pool is available from April to the end of October. Check-in: from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM, Monday to Saturday.
For Sunday or holiday check-ins, or late check-in, please contact the agency.

A security deposit of €300 will be paid by card upon arrival and will be refunded within 7 days after departure.
Bed linen is included in the final cleaning fee. Mandatory services: Tourist tax (for those over 16 years old).
Towels (€11.90 per booking, which includes one bath towel for each guest, one hand towel, and one bath mat for each bathroom), final cleaning (cost depends on the accommodation). Optional paid services: Pool towel, cot, high chair, pet stay (not available in some accommodations), late check-in from 8:00 PM to 10:00 PM.
