Modern and comfortable flat a few minutes from the city centre, on the border between Como and Switzerland.


The flat, very bright and finely furnished, is located on the first floor of a building with lift. The entrance opens onto the living area, furnished with sofa, television, dining table, fully equipped kitchen with oven, microwave, kettle, juicer and toaster. The balcony can be accessed from the living room. The sleeping area consists of a bedroom with double bed and wardrobe. A bathroom with shower completes the layout.


Available to guests are amenities such as a washing machine, iron, wi-fi connection and heating.

Lake Como offers some of the most striking urban, landscape and architectural gems of the entire Italian peninsula. Standing out among these treasures is Como, the capital and main urban centre of the western branch of the lake. Como attracts international tourism due to its attractive natural scenery and is an industrial centre based on the silk trade. Como is a very beautiful, elegant, romantic and well-kept city, surrounded by medieval walls that house the historic centre, with cobbled streets and magnificent squares. The lakefront with several 18th-century villas and the Tempio Voltiano is very elegant. Among the most fascinating aspects of this city are undoubtedly the enchanting villas, world-famous for their magnificence and manicured gardens. Among the most famous are 'Villa Olmo', a fine example of neoclassical architecture and venue for important exhibitions, and 'La Rotonda', a villa built at the end of the 18th century and seat of the Provincial Administration. Near the lakefront is the city's main square, dominated by the Broletto (the old municipal palace built in 1215). The square is also home to the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, one of the most fascinating examples of Italian Gothic art. Finally, we recommend a visit to the village of Brunate, accessible by funicular railway, a symbol of the city, from which one can admire a suggestive panorama around the Art Nouveau residences.


The flat is 4.6 km from the Como Lago railway station, while the nearest airports are Malpensa (40 min drive) and Bergamo (1 hour drive).
