Just a 2-hour drive from Paris via the A10 or 30 minutes from Vendôme TGV station (55-minute train journey from Gare Montparnasse), Villa de la Huchetière is designed to celebrate major events: birthdays, family reunions, company offsites or EVGs; it can accommodate 30 people and is isolated from the 1st neighbours (400m). It is the perfect example of everything a So Villa has to offer: a large garden with a generous terrace, a barbeuk, a beautiful 8m x 4m swimming pool, a football pitch, covered areas for a game of basketball, table tennis and/or pétanque even when it's raining! There's also a dining room where you can dance and party thanks to the speakers fixed to the wall, as well as a lounge/games room with an arcade terminal, a poker table, a beer pong table (without the cups) and, above all, a great air hockey system!

We love the terrace for an afternoon so chill! We start with a big BBQ. Then it's time to digest by lounging on the deckchairs! Then it's on to games in the pool, a pétanque tournament or a round of table tennis!

La Huchetiere is also part of our range of So Sweet Dreams villas! We give this label to villas equipped with beds that we have developed especially for the So Villas experience! As well as being so comfortable, they offer real privacy thanks to their curtains, which allow you to isolate yourself from the rest of the group. Even better, each bed has an electric socket. So handy for recharging your phone without stealing your neighbour's plug!

- Order a drive from your nearest supermarket and we'll pick it up and fill the fridge with the products you've chosen!*

- The big end-of-stay clean-up? We'll take care of it!

The only little things we'll ask you to do is to collect the dirty towels and sheets in the main room of the house on the ground floor when you leave, to wash your dishes, and to dispose of household waste + recycling in the villa's containers, and to leave your glass at the commune's collection point.

🔊 Aperitifs, dinners, parties... and noise pollution

As the first neighbours are 400m away, there are no restrictions on the volume of music when you are IN the house as long as the doors and windows are properly closed! It is strictly forbidden to bring your own speakers. Outside you can have lunch, an aperitif, dinner, enjoy the pool... but no music or microphones, day or night! The volume of noise outside must be limited to 90 Db (noise of a lawnmower) so as not to disturb.
