In the heart of the pedestrianised centre of Annecy, this completely renovated attic flat will win you over with its contemporary, ultra-cosy decor. Located on the 4th floor without a lift, it can accommodate 2 people, access to the bed on the mezzanine is via a rather steep ladder, low ceilings, young children not recommended.

The bedroom has a 140x190 bed.

The flat is equipped with a Smart Tv, wifi, and all the equipment you need for a good stay such as a Nespresso coffee machine, dishwasher.

The bathroom is equipped with a shower and toilet.

Linen will be provided for your stay, sheets, towels and kitchen towel.

You can enjoy the proximity of bars and restaurants after a beautiful day by the lake or in the mountains. ; you can move without a car throughout your stay.

Arrivals are possible every day from 4pm until 9pm. After 9pm, you will be offered an independent arrival solution.

If the accommodation is available earlier, we will be delighted to welcome you before 4pm. This can only be confirmed on the day itself.

In the same way, on the day of your departure, a late departure will be permitted if the accommodation is not taken back the same evening.

🧳 To guarantee your peace of mind until your train departs, we strongly advise you to use the "Lockin" luggage locker at 2 rue Jean Jaurès in Annecy to leave your suitcases in complete safety.
