In La Tranche-sur-Mer, La Grière. Charming house facing the beach with views of Île de Ré. Pleasant and refined interior, comprising: a kitchen and dining room opening onto a terrace with garden furniture, a bedroom with a double bed (140cm), a second bedroom with three single beds (90cm), a shower room (shower, two sinks) and a toilet.
Upstairs, a mezzanine above the living room with a single sofa bed. Basement with garage.
Amenities: Wi-Fi, three-burner gas hob, refrigerator, oven, microwave, electric coffee maker, TV, decorative fireplace, vacuum cleaner, iron, washing machine, dishwasher, and freezer.
Plancha grill.
Location: approximately 50m from the beach, 4km from the town center, and approximately 2km from grocery stores.
End-of-stay cleaning must be done by the tenant.
End-of-stay cleaning is available upon reservation for €100. Linens and towels are not provided (additional charge upon reservation). Please provide proof of liability insurance with holiday coverage.
Holiday vouchers are accepted.
Electricity consumption is extra during the off-season. One pet is welcome for €25. Optional services to be paid on site and to be booked before your arrival: . For you to move more easily, free shuttles (July and August) are at your disposal and criss-cross the entire resort of La Grière to La Terrière via the town centre.
Departing from La Tranche sur Mer, you can enjoy cruises to Ile de Ré, Ile d'Aix or Fort Boyard.

Ort und Lage des Hauses perfekt. Wohnzimmer und Schlafzimmer bisschen rustikal aber sehr gut. Küche alles dabei aber alt und Austausch bedürftig. Bad und Toilette sehr alt. Badewanne nicht sauber zu machen sieht immer dreckig aus, fliesen und Silikon Abdichtung teilweise verschimmelt, beide Räume Renovierung bedürftig
