Proximity and tranquility are what we offer with this charming little one-bedroom apartment that can accommodate up to 3 people.
Our apartment is located directly opposite Sion train station, but faces the quiet rear of the building overlooking an inner courtyard.
You will enjoy a fully equipped kitchenette with a dishwasher and microwave, a bedroom with a new 160x200 box spring bed, and a new sofa bed with a real mattress to accommodate a third person if needed.
Internet TV only and WiFi are included. There is the possibility to use the shared washing machine in the basement of the residence. All amenities are within "walking" distance.
A few minutes are enough to reach the train station, shops, restaurants, and sports and leisure facilities. In Sion, you are also in the heart of the Valais region and its fabulous vineyards. Not to be missed: - Visit the medieval town of Sion - Magnificent Sion market with all local producers on Friday mornings - Visit the Tourbillon Castle, the Basilica of Valère, and the Cathedral in Sion - Visit the Morand distillery - Wine tasting in Valaisan cellars - Visit the underground lake of St-Léonard - Visit the Creusets Observatory with night tours and astronomy evenings, and much more...

The location of this property cannot be beat, it's right by the train station and within an easy walk of the city center. The apartment was clean and well furnished with the sole exception of any sort of fans which made sleeping a bit difficult (yes, I'm an American who's used to AC) during the heatwave. Otherwise every need seems to have been anticipated.
