Apartment located on the fourth floor of a building, without a lift.
There is an internal staircase to access the roof terrace (terrace built with wooden planks above the roofs of Venetian houses). In 60 square meters of space it accommodates 2 people, with a double bedroom Breathtaking view over the roofs of the City of Love par excellence. We are located in the heart of the city, in the San Marco district, the most evocative and renowned as most of the most famous places are present. The internal space is divided as follows: LIVING AREA: living room with sofa and relaxation area and kitchen equipped with 4 gas burners, dishwasher, electric kettle, traditional oven, microwave oven and toaster.
AC split. BEDROOM: double bed. AC split. BATHROOM: shower cubicle, bidet and toilet, washing machine and dryer. OTHER SERVICES AVAILABLE: unlimited wifi, TV and clothesline. Split of the AC it is possible to turn it on INDIVIDUALLY one at a time and not at the same time to avoid it blocking. Guest access The apartment is for an exclusive use of our Guests. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax due to the Municipality of Venezia.
From April 25 is planned the experimental application of the contribution of access to the ancient city of Venice, following the instructions sent by the template you can download the voucher to access the ancient city of Venice for free. We need such procedure to verify your ids and docs and in order to send info to the police service "Alloggiati Web" which is Italian procedure to host guest in italy. You can find all the information on the official website alloggiatiweb.poliziadistato Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022). Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard. Venezia Climatic Zone E: 13 hours a day from October 22th to April 7th Please kindly note we always need to know in advance your arrival time.
