Villa Coco is a brand new modern villa (built in 2022) with stunning sea views and located in a quiet residential area.
The villa has been built with top quality materials and is fully equipped for families to enjoy a relaxing holiday!
The villa is accessed at street level. Through a ramp you can park two cars inside the private property. More cars can easily be parked on the street in front of the villa.
The villa has two floors. The ground floor is the main floor where you will find an impressive large outdoor area with private infinity pool, pergola with chill out area, sun loungers and outdoor dining table.
Living room with sliding doors to access the pool area. Beautiful modern open plan fully fitted kitchen.
Gas barbecue. Utility room with washing machine. Separate WC.
On the ground floor there are two bedrooms
- a master bedroom (twin beds) with direct access to the terrace. En-suite bathroom (with shower) and also sauna inside the bathroom.
- second smaller bedroom (please note this is an interior room with no windows and has a fan instead of air conditioning)
On the first floor you will find
- second master bedroom (twin beds) and Smart TV. En-suite bathroom (with shower) and with a beautiful bathtub inside the room.
- third master bedroom with double bed. En suite bathroom (with shower).
- double bedroom with double bed and Smart TV.
- twin bedroom with double bed.
- bathroom (with shower) to be shared between the last two double bedrooms.
The villa has air conditioning in all rooms (except in the sixth bedroom) and free WiFi.
The villa is located in the residential area of Roca Grossa, on the outskirts of Lloret de Mar. The centre is less than 5 minutes' drive away, as are restaurants and supermarkets.
We recommend Cala Canyelles as the nearest beach, which is less than 10 minutes' drive away. Cala Canyelles is a beautiful sandy bay with a small harbour, beach restaurant and water activities.
The famous towns of Tossa de Mar and Blanes are also within a 15 minute drive!

* Unfortunately we do not accept groups of young people, the minimum age for adult groups is 28 years. Families with children are more than welcome!
