Self Check in giving flexibility of checking in at anytime after 2 pm on the day of arrival.
Guests will enjoy complete privacy provided house rules are respected and followed.

This Apartment is spacious with front garden and a backyard. Master bedroom is a triple size room. The lounge is bright and spacious. There is a modern kitchen and bathroom which makes this Apartment worth staying at.
Guests can access all areas of the Apartment including the backyard.
We are respectful of the privacy of our Guests. We can be reached via our mobile numbers (which are available to Guests after a confirmed reservation).
We will only contact Guests in case of an emergency or if a neighbour complains about any anti social behaviour by the Guests or their Family or Friends staying at our Apartment.
It is a quiet neighbourhood and the neighbours usually keep to themselves.
Most neighbours are owner occupiers and look after their houses and their surroundings.
A1 Motorway is 5 mins from the Apartment by car.
High street is 3 mins walking where you get Buses every 20 mins for Gateshead, Newcastle, Chester le street and surrounding areas.
House Rules must be followed entirely.
It is a quiet neighbourhood and the neighbours usually keep to themselves.
Most neighbours are owner occupiers and look after their houses and their surroundings.
