The Residence Condominium is in a great location in Jomtien just off Threpprasit Road, around the corner from Threpprasit night market, the 'must see' largest night market in Pattaya.

This large studio apartment is on the 7th floor and is furnished with a double bed, storage facilities including a double wardrobe and bedside tables; a sofa, coffee table, a dining table and chairs and display units along with a flat screen TV with DVD player. There is also access to the balcony, complete with balcony furniture, via large sliding doors.

The European style kitchen is fully equipped, as well as having an electric hob, extractor fan, kettle, toaster, microwave and refrigerator.

The bathroom includes large walk in shower and the condo also has air conditioning.

Close-by, as well as the Night Market, there are some excellent bars and restaurants (both international and local), convenience stores, shops and entertainment venues. Jomtien Beach is a short drive or ride on the Baht bus away, and from here there are easy connections into Central Pattaya.

Jomtien is a great base from which to explore Pattaya and its many attractions such as Pattaya Floating Market, Nong Nooch Tropical Botanical Garden and the Sanctuary of Truth. A short ride on the Baht Bus from Jomtien Beach Road will take you into Central Pattaya, which offers an abundance of shops, restaurants and bars, a vibrant night life, plenty of tourist attractions to keep you entertained and 4 km of beach offering various water sports and trips to the nearby scenic island of Koh Larn (Coral Island) with it's white sandy beaches and crystal clear waters providing an excellent opportunity for snorkeling.
