Jomtien Beach Condominium S1 is located in Jomtien, directly on Jomtien Beach. The complex provides guests with many great facilities, including: a lovely salt water swimming pool, a children's pool, fitness center, secure undercover parking, elevators and security.

This 6th floor apartment consists of open plan living, dining and kitchen areas, a large bedroom, two bathrooms plus a balcony and air conditioning throughout.

The main living area is furnished with a sofa, a coffee table, flat screen TV, a dining table and a desk providing work space.
The European style kitchen has a fridge, a hob, a toaster, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.

There is one bedroom, which contains a king bed, flat screen TV and an en-suite bathroom.
There is additional sleeping space in the house, comprising a sofa bed.

There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom is en-suite, has a toilet and sink, a fantastic jacuzzi bath and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 1pm-6pm and check-out is 9am-11am (unless otherwise agreed in advance)
- Pets are not allowed at the property
- There is free parking on premises.

Please Note: As this is a self-catering apartment and not a hotel, utilities are not included in the rental cost and will be charged on check out.
A Security Deposit of 5,000 Baht is required on check-in, returnable on check-out.
