You can use ground floor of the house that consists of a living room, bedroom, living room, kitchen and bathroom. First floor is not finished and is not used by anyone, therefore you'll have the whole house with the garden for rent just for yourself. There's a shaded patio in front of the entrance so you can choose whether to use table and chairs right next to the river or next to the entrance of the house. Spacious living room has an air-condition unit, LCD TV with satellite channels and cozy sofa sleeping two people. Kitchen is well equipped with oven, stove, big fridge with freezer, microwave, kettle, cutlery etc. allowing you to prepare any kind of tasty meal. Bedroom has one comfortable double bed. Bathroom has a shower, washing machine and hair dryer. We'll also provide you speed Wi-Fi internet, fresh linen, towels, iron and ironing board. There's only 4 min drive to the nearest beach Stobrec, and all other tourist centers and city Split are within 10 min drive. **** Getting around: Local bus station is just 100m away.
